The Ripple Effect

Providence Historic

Our design team transformed a historic 18th-century property, into a vibrant and inviting Gen-Z escape. Built in 1795, the John Pitman House features original hardwood floors, open-concept living spaces and a private city garden. Situated walking distance from the campus in College Hill awaited one of Providence’s most storied properties housing five beds, four full and one half-bath. In search of an escape from their studies, our challenge was to create a fun and inviting space, while infusing a youthful and contemporary aesthetic into a historic home. The clients favored whimsical spaces with bold pops of color.

This gorgeous project was featured in the October 23’ issue of Modern Luxury Interiors.
