For clients that need a vision for designing a layout and sourcing interior furnishings and decor. Shoppe Design is ideal both for full home furnishing as well as single rooms. If you’re local to New England, there is an option to hire us to perform the install and styling of your home. If you’re remote, we will still handle all purchasing and delivery on your behalf for you to self-install, or we can arrange furniture delivery and professional styling install for an additional fee.
Why do we handle the purchasing? We want all of our clients to have a White Glove experience they deserve when hiring a designer. Through our trade relationships and years of experience vetting vendors, we provide our clients with products that are beautiful and of the highest quality.
While we prefer to WOW you on the big reveal, we understand that some clients need to live on site through minor renovations or make furnishing updates over time. We are happy to coordinate those logistics with you.

For clients who need assistance with designing smaller-scale renovations, such as a kitchen or bathrooms and do not need construction oversight. This service is best utilized by clients who need small-scale renovation projects detailed with material selections but not best served if you are looking for a full home or large renovation project where construction oversight and management is better suited.
Any furnishing design within a space will be scoped as a Shoppe Design project and designed in conjunction with construction design.

For clients with large-scale projects who are looking to hire us to design and execute their job from start to finish. Full-Service design is best suited for construction projects where we are managing all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home. Our plans are communicated by way of detailed renderings, mood boards, and physical samples.
Our holistic approach to the entire design of your home ensures that we will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from initial design concepts, through construction design documents, ordering, tracking and fulfillment of all products, and final install.
Design Process
1.Consultation
Once a consultation has been scheduled for your desired service, we will begin by discussing the details of your design needs and determine how we can help bring your vision to life. We will be in touch to confirm the consultation and request any additional information needed in advance.
2.DESIGN CONCEPTS
Once we have all information needed including floor plans, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, budget, etc. we will schedule a design kick off meeting with you to discuss your preferences and goals for the design. From there, we start with the layout and design direction. Then, we bring the layout to life with design boards and renderings that include options for color palettes, furnishings, finishings, fixtures, etc. It is important to us that before selecting materials and purchasing that everyone is collectively aligned on an approved concept for every space we’re designing.
3.DETAILS
Once a design concept is approved, we detail out the design and pull together finalized quotes for your approval. This includes specification of furnishing/decor and selecting the construction materials that bring the approved design to life. This could include sourcing and purchasing fixtures, flooring, slabs, paint, furniture, lighting, window treatments, appliances, etc. To ensure all projects are executed as intended, we purchase and make arrangements for all materials associated with the design on your behalf by partnering with a host of trusted vendor partners. Upon the completion of this phase of work, our team will be ready to prepare for construction and/or final install.
4.EXECUTION
Once all details are finalized and all items are ordered, our team will begin executing all aspects of the installation and final styling. On renovation or new construction jobs, this will include overall construction project management and coordination with your contractor. Rather than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we schedule a day (or multiple days depending on project scale) to have our team execute the install and transform your space all at once for a grand reveal.
